Well we can honestly say out of all the money we spent on our wedding you were honestly the best thing that ever happened to us. The day has been captured better than we could have ever imagined. The way the dvd has been edited we look like film stars and there is soooo much laughter and happiness been captured from everyone. The funny bits in particular have left many people with ribs aching!!! Every person that was at the wedding day or night features somewhere on the dvd, giving a complete memory.Even the squirrel and the geese! The place of a dvd at a wedding can NEVER EVER be REPLACED. Photos will NEVER capture the atmosphere and events that take place that you dont see i.e Groom getting ready, to the wedding, bride getting ready , guests arriving..... We have watched many wedding dvds but nothing as professionally brilliant as ours. You are both fantastic and it was a great honour to have you share our day with us. On the the day you felt 'part of the family' so much so we forgot you were even there ,which meant that you have captured many total natural poses and reactions. In summary, you have made us cry loads in happiness, the amount of work you have put in to produce our dvd is priceless and we would and will recommend you you to everyone we hear of that is getting married as.... I feel as though I'm back there getting married all over again every time I watch it, and I can't stop watching it! Most of our family and friends have watched it now, and there hasn't been a dry eye...even the boys get a bit choked!! On the day itself you were both amazing and so professional. None of us had been in front of a camera before and you made us feel so relaxed and at ease, it felt like you knew everyone the minute you walked in, and were our guests and part of the day! We spent a lot of time searching for the right videographers and were beginning to loose hope that we would not find what we were looking for within our budget range so we over the moon when we found your website and were immediately impressed from the on- line samples and prices. We arranged a meeting with Sally and we knew instantly that Magic Productions would be our choice. Sally had such a nice manner, was very easy to talk to and made us both feel comfortable. You will probably remember we had quite a demanding list of requirements and we were very specific about what we wanted, but this was not a problem and Sally patiently listened to our every need and also offered some suggestions of her own. Leading up to the wedding we would keep in regular contact with Steve on the phone and his helpful and cheery manner was always nice to hear. On the big day itself you both worked incredibly hard capturing some of the most beautiful details of our wedding day. Absolutely nothing was missed. We felt completely relaxed, like we had known you for years and it was as if you were our guests. We also received a lot of comments from our wedding guests about what a nice manner you both had. When we got the film itself it took our breath away. We did already have very high expectations and we were not disappointed. The film was beautifully created by two very talented people and is something really very special and unique that we will treasure forever. It is clear to see how much time and effort goes into the editing and considering the amount of work that is involved both before, during and after the wedding I think your prices represent excellent value for money. Your customers receive a top quality product that is personal, creative, unique, modern, classy and certainly not ordinary!! We were so particular and carried out alot of research into the filming of our day. Our budget was more for the filming than the photography. We watched endless samples of films until we came across your sample, we found ourselves captured into a total strangers wedding that even made me cry. We knew then that you would be our choice. It was confirmed with a phonecall and you even visited twice before the wedding, taking the time to come all the way from Harwich to ensure that you knew exactly what we wanted taking notes whilst we chatted. On the day you were both so lovely and it felt like you were our guests. We had a laugh together and you felt like our friends more than just providing a service. We both felt like we had known you for ages. This made the filming non intrusive and enabled Mark and I to act naturally infront of the camera which has contributed in our film which tells a true love story that makes us and our families cry everytime we watch it. The details in the filming are superb and the way you have put the music with it is amazing. You have exceeded our expectations and more. We will never forget what you have done for us. I don't think you realise just how much we appreciate you both, aswell, i'm sure, as everyone else that has been fortunate enough to find you and have their weddings filmed by such a talented couple. We had so much fun filming our Benny Hill bits and loved the other ideas you put forward which makes us laugh through our tears in the middle of the film. Its like a roller coaster of emotions watching it, which is exactly how we wanted it. Our guests all commented on how nice you both were and are all trying to arrange a viewing, I am sure there will be more tears. Again, Thankyou Thankyou, if we could send a hug via Email we would. We have sent you a gift and we both hope you enjoy it. You bring so much happiness to all newly weds and their families by what you do, enabling us to watch our wedding over and over again.
